About Us
Brazos Harbor is zoned as a "Planned Development" with the City of Granbury with an "active" Home Owners Association. The Association of Brazos Harbor Owners was registered as a "Texas Non-Profit Corporation" with the Secretary of State on September 29, 1983. We have 114 member lots, a community park and boat ramp. We have a Board of Directors and an Architecture Review Committee.

Processes and Forms
This form shall be submitted by members for approval in accordance with the Association CCRs when placing or replacing the member's residence including HUD Code Manufacture Homes, RV, or Park Model. Approval must be obtained prior to placing the residence on the lot.
This form is used to register an Association Member's email address with the Association of Brazos Harbor Owners as a legally approved method by the State of Texas to exchange Association related information and or documents.
This form shall be submitted and approved in accordance with the Association's Trailer Storage Policy to rent a trailer storage space.
